Kalina Terzieva is born 1984 in Sofia. She has two nominations for BAZA award for contemporary art- 2014/2016, andGaudenz B. Ruf award for new bulgarian art- 2015. Her works are part of the collection of Sofia Citi Art Gallery and others. She works and lives in Bulgaria. She is BA at Set and Stage design at the National Theatre and Film Academy, Bulgaria and has been studied one year at Rietveld Academy, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Kalina does mainly situation work, site- specific and installations. Also last years she does drawing using one or both hands. In contemporary art she put quests related to mass perceptions and set-up position, public-performer. She has presented her work in solo exhibitions and collaborations with other artists. Titles of her solo shows are „Liquid shadow/ Balance and Equlibrium in Motion“, Yuzina Gallery 2016, „Temporary Bodie$“, The Fridge 2015, „Anticipation“, Vaska Emanuilova Gallery 2015; also other like „Sell past//Buy future//Play always//Material world“ for Zona Kultura Fest,2015; „On Beauty of Earth- Bow“, exhibition of the nominated for BAZA award, 2014, Sofia City Art Gallery.
